Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SIE) Competitions will be organized as part of the pilot implementation of the ADVANCE programme at each African partner university. Their objective is to secure startup capital for students’ SIE ideas, enhance the social entrepreneurship ecosystem networking, and raise awareness of societal challenges. Students will present their ideas & business plans to potential investors. Each competition will attract min 100 participants. At least 12 ideas (winner, runner up and third place in each university) will go to the incubation phase.
