Multiplication training sessions are planned to be carried out in each African partner university for academic staff members involved in the ADVANCE programme implementation. These workshops will replicate the transnational workshop in Uganda.
Content: methodology, content and quality management system of the new programme. Methods: hands-on training, discussion panels with guest speakers, and visits to social enterprises or community-based organizations.
