Awareness-raising campaigns

ADVANCE awareness-raising campaigns aim to promote the importance of social innovation and entrepreneurship for community development and sustainable growth. Two campaigns will be run – interim, at the end of the second project year, and final, at the end of the third project year. Interim activities involve radio talks in Uganda and Tanzania, explaining the concepts of Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship and promoting the ADVANCE programme. The final campaign includes Open Days at the African partner universities, showcasing the outcomes of the pilot implementation of the ADVANCE programme and attracting candidates for the next edition. An estimated minimum of 2000 prospective students will be reached through these awareness campaigns.
