The transnational training in Uganda is planned as an intensive professional development workshop in the methodology, content and quality assurance of the ADVANCE programme. It aims to support capacity-building of faculty and trainers that will be involved in the ADVANCE programme implementation.
Content: methodology, content and quality management system of the new programme. Methods: hands-on training, discussion panels with guest speakers, and visits to social enterprises or community-based organizations.
