Lira University - Uganda

Lira University is a fully-fledged Ugandan Public University established in 2015 to expand equitable higher education in the country. It currently offers programmes in Health-related sciences, Computer and Information Sciences, Education, and Management Sciences. The Management Science-related programmes include Master of Business Administration, Post-graduate diploma in Financial Management, Post-graduate Diploma in Public Administration and Management, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance.

Lira University’s vision is a Beacon Centre for Applied Sciences and Technology. The university is committed to provide access to higher education and research and to conduct professional training for the delivery of appropriate health services directed towards sustainable healthy community and environment.
